Keith has over twelve years of experience in the recruiting industry. He has worked very closely with several entrepreneurs and VC firms throughout his career. Before establishing Dissero, Keith played a versatile role within several high growth segments of a leading recruiting and consulting firm. Keith has led many successful direct searches for executive and mid-management positions within early-stage companies. He has also advised clients on strategies for recruiting and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, Keith spent several years at KPMG as a Senior Consultant.
